Dickinson County Begins 2022 Community

Health Needs Assessment

Media Release: 5/23/2022

Over the next few months, Memorial Health System (MHS) will be working with area providers to complete the 2022 Dickinson County, KS Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). These providers are seeking input from the community regarding health care needs in order to complete this update.

VVV Consultants LLC, an independent research firm from Olathe KS, has been retained to conduct this countywide research. The goal of this assessment update is to understand progress in addressing community health needs cited in past assessment reports while collecting up-to-date community health perceptions and ideas. A brief community survey has been developed in order to gather feedback and accomplish this work. To complete this online survey for the Dickinson County CHNA, you may obtain the link from the MHS Facebook page or the MHS website.  All county residents and business leaders are encouraged to complete the 2022 CHNA online survey by June 10th, 2022. In addition, please HOLD the date for a town hall meeting scheduled on Thursday, July 21th, 2022.  Please stay on the lookout for more information to come soon regarding the RSVP and location. Thanks for your time and support.

If you have any questions regarding CHNA activities, please contact Haley Jones, Director of Marketing and Development at Memorial Health System.  [email protected]
